Hi Ariella
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of a parrot as a family mascot especially why you said it suits your family that you are all super happy! I hope you have enjoyed being able to spend some quality time with your family then. My son had to choose a mascot for his school learning too. He chose a panda bear as he said he saw a panda bear toy at the airforce museum in Christchurch that was used by the pilots as a mascot in World War II. Is your family doing anything on ANZAC day to commemorate the ANZACs?

Hi Ariella
ReplyDeleteI have enjoyed reading your blog post and also had a laugh about why you selected a parrot. I think I would chose a monkey to symbolise my family because they are great at making me laugh. Did you share this task with your family? If so what did they think?
Thank you! Yes I shared this with my mum and dad my mum said that was cool and laughed a little and my dad said It was a great idea!
